David has received so many comments about the First Edition that he's written a Second Edition!
With a publishing date of January 2025 the Second Edition of his book, which will be available from Lulu.com as well as many other retail book outlets, has around 150 A4, pages a number of new "Old Boy" entries, more clarity on some entries and almost double the photographs and images of the First Edition!
